Some NEWs:
* This month's character trait that we are focusing on at Herrera is "RESPECT." Make sure not only to think about this trait at school, but also at home and when out in the community!
* North Region benchmark testing starts in about a week - lets show everyone how awesome and smart you are students! Do your best and good luck!!! :)
* Thanksgiving holidays are right around the corner. This is the month for everyone to be thankful of everything in our lives. I'm personally thankful to be part of the Herrera Husky Family!! Holiday begins: November 24 (early release day)
* Their will be a Thanksgiving luncheon for parents to come join their children for a nice meal. More information will be coming home soon!
* Science fair is Thursday November 19th - come see some great projects the students have been working on.
* PTA meeting is Thursday Novemeber 19th @ 6:30 in the Library
